Hello,
My name is Jenny, I am a Reiki Practitioner.
I am a married mum to 4 children ranging from 18 to 6 years old.
I am originally from the Oxford area, but now live in Wolverhampton.
I started my Reiki life by being trained to Self-Heal, this meant learning about my own body and where my aches and pains are.
I am now trained to perform Reiki on others I do a traditional bed Reiki, where you lie on a bed (fully clothed) and i work on either side of your body from head to toes.
I also do Seated Reiki, where if you have certain conditions and find lying on your front or back to uncomfortable then you sit in a chair of your choice, and again i start from the head and work down your body to you toes, as i am able to do both side of the body together this is a quicker session.
I have now had training to do Crystal Reiki, which just means i use Crystals to help re align the chakras within the body.
